Lost the e-mail with your card?

Enter the e-mail address used for your booking. We will send you the link to your cards again, valid for 24 hours.

The card itself does not change

Recovery does not change your card code or your QR code, and the discounts you already used stay recorded. You get back exactly the card issued at check-in.

Is this not your situation?

If the address was written down incorrectly at check-in, the property's reception can correct it and send your card again — or print it on the spot.
If you are at the counter without your phone, read out your card code (XXX-1234-XXX). If you do not have it with you, go back to reception — the benefit is not lost, the card is valid for the whole stay.
